License

Free Version

The free version of InkMark is provided at no cost for personal and commercial use. It includes a subset of features as described on our website.

Pro Version

The Pro license is a one-time purchase that grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use InkMark Pro on up to 3 devices. The license includes 1 year of free updates from the date of purchase. After the update period, you may continue using your current version indefinitely or renew for continued updates.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share, resell, or redistribute license keys
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with InkMark Pro, contact support@inkmark.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Disclaimer

InkMark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damages arising from the use of the software. Always maintain backups of important data.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InkMark's liability exceed the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

InkMark uses Kroki.io for diagram rendering. Use of this service is subject to Kroki's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
